This package is highly affordable and focusses on personalised prenatal preparation.
Three antenatal sessions including a full birth partner coaching session where requested. Our priority with these sessions is to empower you with all the tools, mental, physical and emotional, to have the birth experience you want. Effectively a comprehensive one to one birth preparation programme.
These sessions may be by video call/Zoom, or in person if you are in the London area.
Free access phone/text/email support from time of booking to four weeks after the birth - also when mum is in labour.
Plus two postnatal visits (face to face in London area only) which may be swapped for extra antenatal visits if desired. During these visits we’ll support you in building your confidence with feeding, sleeping, bathing and generally caring for your baby.
Sessions are normally 2+ hours.
Sarah and Lou began offering remote doula services during the 2020 pandemic but soon realised that not every parent needs or wants to pay for a full doula service. But every parent needs a doula!
So we can offer two options - remote support or face to face support. Both options include phone/text (not in-person) support for birth.
After you have made your booking we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss with you times and dates for your pre- and postnatal meetings, and we will send you our booking questionnaire so that we can get to know you better.
The 10% Blue Light Card discount applies to this as to all our services.
