Top-level hypnobirthing. After three hypnobirthing sessions via Zoom plus one in your own home, you will be beautifully prepared for a positive birth.
Later in pregnancy you may find you require a Special Circumstances session to prepare for induction of labour/caesarean/breech baby. If that happens, come back to the website and book it on its own.
What you get with this course:
Three live sessions via Zoom at times that suit you, 2 hours per session, plus a final session in your own home.
A set of beautifully produced relaxation downloads to go with you everywhere
Ongoing support via text/email/phone
Your Wise Hippo handbook - spiral bound, this will go in your birth bag and hopefully will be very dog-eared by the time baby arrives!

This is not a pre-recorded online course but at least 8 hours of personalised tuition with me and my ongoing support as you go through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
NB Wise Hippo Birthing Programme in your home is only available if you live within the M25 area and additional travel costs may apply. If you are outside the M25 area please consider taking the course with me remotely - you will still have one to one support from me in the comfort of your home!
