Sleep Support
Terms & Conditions:
We promise to try to help families who contact us to the very best of our abilities. If we feel we cannot suggest a possible solution, we will return the client’s fee immediately.
Cancellations:
If a sleep session is cancelled within 12 hours without being rescheduled the fee is non returnable.
Baby Massage
Terms & Conditions:
If you are unable to attend your class due to you or your baby being unwell we do not reimburse fees.
We will endeavour to offer you the chance to attend a future class if there is space available. This will be at an additional charge of £12.50 per session.
Cancellations:
If your teacher is unable to attend your class due to illness or because she is a birth doula on call, we will offer you the choice of a refund for the session missed or to attend a session on a future course.
Doula services
Terms and conditions of doula services from The Baby Experience are agreed with individual clients as per contract.
The Back To Work Baby Experience
If services are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
