This package is highly affordable and focusses on personalised prenatal preparation.
Three antenatal sessions including a full birth partner coaching session where requested. Our priority with these sessions is to empower you with all the tools, mental, physical and emotional, to have the birth experience you want. Effectively a comprehensive one to one birth preparation programme.
These sessions may be by video call/Zoom, or in person if you are in the London area.
Free access phone/text/email support from time of booking to four weeks after the birth - also when mum is in labour.
Plus two postnatal visits (face to face in London area only) which may be swapped for extra antenatal visits if desired. During these visits we’ll support you in building your confidence with feeding, sleeping, bathing and generally caring for your baby.
Sessions are normally 2+ hours.
How this package came about…
During the Covid-19 pandemic, maternity units placed restrictions on birth companions, so we devised a way of supporting women within these restrictions - then we realised that some women might still like the option of just the birth preparation and postnatal part of doula support - a doula in your pocket!
£515 when all meetings are accessed remotely
£890 when all meetings are face to face (London area only)
Birth Doula fees may be paid in three or more instalments. The deposit for this service is normally £200 on signature of contract.
