Top-level hypnobirthing. After four hypnobirthing sessions via Zoom, you will be beautifully prepared for a positive birth.
Later in pregnancy you may find you require a Special Circumstances session to prepare for induction of labour/caesarean/breech baby. If that happens, come back to the website and book it on its own.

I’m one of the first hypnobirthing teachers to embrace the amazing Wise Hippo course, and for 15 years I’ve been working with couples in their own homes - and now via Zoom as well.
This is not a pre-recorded online course but at least 8 hours of personalised tuition with me and my ongoing support as you go through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
NB Wise Hippo Birthing Programme in your home is only available if you live within the M25 area and additional travel costs may apply. If you are outside the M25 area please consider taking the whole course with me remotely - you will still have one to one support from me in the comfort of your home!
We will schedule these sessions together to suit your personal needs. Then I will send you a booking form and a questionnaire so that I can get to know you a bit better!
Once you’ve booked and paid for your course, I will send you your Wise Hippo parent handbook - your indispensable guide to a positive birthing experience. At the first session you will gain access to the Wise Hippo online learning materials and downloads.
