The Doula Package: Classic
Four antenatal sessions including a full birth partner coaching session. These sessions may be by video call/Zoom or in person. Sessions are normally 2 hours but we aren’t watching the clock. Note there may be more visits depending on how soon you book during your pregnancy journey. Our priority is that you, the mother, feel supported.
Birth doula attendance for labour and birth - the doula/doulas will be on call for four weeks from week 38 to week 42 of the pregnancy and will have back up in case of emergency. Whe the mother is in labour, she has the doula’s support from as soon as she wishes until after her baby is born, and the first few hours of parenthood. If Sarah and Lou are working together with a client, they will share the birth attendance, so she is guaranteed a “fresh doula” throughout.
Two postnatal visits. Sessions are normally 2 hours.

Birth Doula fees normally paid in 2 or more instalments. Initial deposit usually half of total on signature of contract but we are happy to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
